bp business in Vietnam is focused on the production and distribution of lubricants through Castrol BP Petco, our joint venture with the Viet Nam National Petroleum Group (Petrolimex)

We offer lubricants for virtually all domestic, commercial and industrial applications.?

?

During the graduate programme, you will be assigned with projects which will aim at solving daily issues with sales, customer service, supply chain operations and supporting teams in order to maintain the product availability to meet customer requirements. This 2-year programme shall allow you to gain exposure in a range of business sectors from automotive to industrial lubricants.

Graduate programmes

Sales & marketing programme

Our sales & marketing graduate scheme is a 2-year programme. These consist of job shadowing and independent stints in sales & marketing. You will have an opportunity to learn and grow in various commercial verticals.

Supply chain programme?

?

Our supply chain graduate scheme is a 2-year programme where you will be based at Castrol’s manufacturing plant with the core supply chain team. The programme consists of multiple rotations within supply chain and with various cross-functional projects.?

Your experience

This 2-year journey will incorporate online and virtual learning with face-to-face classroom and on-the-job training to help you develop behavioural and technical skills to build a truly outstanding career.?You will have a dedicated buddy and mentor assigned to you throughout the year, to help you navigate the organisation, guide your development and learn what it takes to be successful in your career with bp.

Requirements

Sales and marketing graduate trainee

Vietnamese citizenship
Bachelor's degree, ideally with a GPA of 7.0/10 in engineering (chemical/industrial/electrical/petrochemicals), supply chain and logistic and other related disciplines.
A passion to develop career in Lubricant industry.
Fluent English and Vietnamese communication and presentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership in extra-curricular and/ or social activities.

Supply chain graduate trainee

Vietnamese citizenship.
Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a GPA from 7.0/10 in Engineering (Chemical/ Industrial/ Electrical) and relevant disciplines.
A passion to develop career in Lubricant industry.
Fluent English and Vietnamese communication and presentation.
Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
Proven leadership in extra-curricular and/ or social activities.
