August 2020:?bp launches alumni network. CEO Bernard says: “We want our colleagues to be successful no matter where their career journey takes them.”
September 2020:?bp is selected as a Top Global Employer by LGBT+ rights charity?Stonewall. Following the announcement, Bernard praised bp’s diversity and inclusion team, as well as the 100+ volunteers who help to drive change, saying:?“You make a real difference to how people feel at work.”
