Tushar is a chartered accountant with over 25 years of strategic financial management, investment banking, operational and regulatory relations experience, which enables him to contribute to the long-term sustainable success and strategy of the business.

He is currently Group Finance Director of Barclays PLC, the British universal banking and financial services company, where he is a member of the Barclays' board and executive committee.
Tushar joined Barclays from JP Morgan in 2013, where he held various senior roles including the CFO of its Corporate & Investment Bank at the time of the merger of the investment bank and the wholesale treasury/security services business.
